1. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before they are processed or shipped. If your order has not yet been dispatched, please contact us immediately. Once the order is shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:
- Item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
- Item must be in its original packaging.
- Return must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Customized or personalized products
- Items marked as final sale or clearance
- Gift cards
4. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact us at admin@collectposters.info with your order number and reason for return.
- Wait for our confirmation and return instructions.
- Securely package the item and send it back to the address provided in our return confirmation.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will resolve the matter with a replacement or full refund.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- Check your bank or payment account again.
- Contact your credit card company or payment provider; it may take time before your refund is officially posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at admin@collectposters.info.
